Carey Bryant

Carey is a genuinely good human who also happens to sell real estate. She understood our situation and made sure potential purchasers could see how special the home is. As a result our house went unconditional 23 days after being listed to the first person who had walked through the door at the first open home.

Carey was very helpful and proactive in my dealings with her. Kept me updated on the progress throughout the process even if no real update she let me know so I wasnt left wondering. Made the process very easy and stress free.

I enjoyed working with Carey and learning a lot at the same time. Carey was flexible with us given that we had a few stressful times with our whanau and Carey made sure that our needs were meant, e.g. we went to fortnightly open homes based on our personal situation. She was helpful with answering any questions I had and trying to explain the real estate system and answer repeat questions. I found Carey very helpful.

I really enjoyed working with Carey and her refreshing non pushy approach. Friendly while still very professional with loads of integrity, she went out of her way to make the process easier for me. I highly recommend working with Carey definitely made the whole process less stressful and would be more than happy to work with her again.

Couldn’t have been more informative, professional and helpful

We were grateful for the back-up offer which was negotiated when it appeared the original offer might fall through. We also appreciated the level of liaison required with the original purchasers which culminated in a successful sale.
