Cara represented the owner of the house we purchased. She was very kind and helpful from the moment we viewed the house. Very responsive and flexible when meeting with us to make an offer. It was refreshing because throughout the last year agents seem to have lost there care for buyers since it is a sellers market, but we didn't feel that way at all with Cara. Throughout the sale she was always on top of things and keeping us informed. We had some added complications with opening a new EQC case and though she was new to the process she was open to seeking help and made sure we got everything across the line. She even made us feel at home when we moved in with a sweet gift and the classic Ray White yellow ribbon on the door. We would definitely recommend Cara as an agent!

We recently sold our property through Cara, and I can say without hesitation that Cara is truly a master of her craft. We were extremely impressed with her overall skills, care, dedication and professionalism from the first moment we engaged her as our agent, to ultimately when our property sold unconditionally (which believe it or not in this sudden downturn market, in 12 days from the first listing date!) Cara's abilities as an agent especially shined in her communication skills and proactive nature. Unlike other agents that we had dealt with previously, she would always be one step ahead of even our own supposed 'ideal scenarios' in our heads, and consistently created the most ideal circumstances to get all potential buyers giving our property the maximum amount of consideration in the shortest amount of time. As an added bonus, she is an absolute pleasure to work with, and is a lovely caring individual who by her kind nature further alleviated the extreme stresses resulting from putting a property on the market. Once again, the results really speak louder than any of my words (honestly again we were blown away at how quickly the property sold), and we were so fortunate to have been introduced to Cara to be our agent.
