Candace sold my home of 25+ years earlier this year and I could not recommend her highly enough. Within a month of listing she negotiated an unconditional sale contract on the property in a really difficult market where nothing else was selling close by. On top of that she went above and beyond to help me find a new property to buy, again in quite a difficult market, but also with very specific criteria. It took 6 months of trawling around open homes (too many to count!) every weekend until we finally found a suitable property to buy. Then she expertly guided me through the purchase process.
