Cam and Em make a great team to sell your property. Cam’s market knowledge, with advice on what market we should aim at, his connections and ability to wrangle other agents from different areas, resulted in about 11 developers signing up for the auction. As a result, the auction outcome was way above market expectations. While having great passion and drive to achieve the sale of our property, he still managed to remain personable and approachable. In a lifetime of property deals, Cameron and Emma were hands down the best agents we have ever dealt with. From the first contact, Cameron was friendly and enthusiastic. My experience with Cam Archer has been amazing. He was always 100% professional. He showed really good insight into the area and waht I could expect to get for my property. Cam has listened to what I wanted. He then put 110% into getting my property sold. We had several Multi offer situations and Cam helped too navigated this and gave us an honest assessment when he thought the offers were too low or when he thought they were getting ballpark. I found him very easy to work with and he has great communication so you always know what is happening. In this great world of promises and delivering little, Cam & his partner Emma delivered everything they said they would and much much more. This is the second home they have sold for us and did an outstanding job doing so. As Cath & I are no longer residents in Auckland, Cam & Emma were great in helping us source tradesmen to complete remedial work that was needed to put the home on the market.
