Calvin was consistently present - mind and body - in each and every house viewing we went to. He was always on time and professionally dressed. He would have readily-available info background about each property. He would take the time to answer all our questions to the best of his knowledge or area of expertise. And if he doesn't know, he'd go out and find out asap. He can be very persuasive which came in handy in terms of convincing us to take a shot and put out an offer to gauge our chance of getting accepted after looking through several properties already. In terms of preparing Sales and Purchase Agreement, he was thorough in discussing the documents in such a way that we have fully understood them before signing off. Overall, he's the guy you want if you're really keen to buy a house because he really works hard and will see you through the finish line.

There aren't enough stars to rate the experience we had with Calvin. We met him when we viewed a property he was in charge of, but it was beyond our budget. Even so, he spent a few minutes asking about our situation, and offered to explain a lot of things to us. This was really helpful to us as first home buyers. He even organised and accompanied us to viewings for properties that were outside his own list. He was always quick to reply, and kept us posted on developments constantly. Calvin is very honourable and sincere. We never felt he was pushing us or just trying to close a sale. We felt his genuine concern for us. When we viewed a property, he always emphasised that we should be able to see ourselves living happily in the house before even discussing the fine details (instead of just convince us it was a good buy). He would give his objective opinion from time to time, but never imposed it on us. He was very resourceful. He also had the sensitivity to step away and give us space to discuss things on our own when we needed to. Calvin has the best energy and personality, too. So warm, upbeat, cheerful and positive. He knew our kid's names and was so patient with them even when they were restless and rowdy. They loved him! When we finally found the house we wanted, it wasn't under his list. Still, he liaised tirelessly on our behalf with the agent in charge until the deal was closed. He then guided is throughout the settlement period, all the way to the day he handed us the keys. The excellent customer service never stopped. Calvin should write a book on how to put customers first and how to build meaningful relationships with clients. We'll always see him as The Good Agent --- because he's first and foremost a good man.
