Positives: 1) Very helpful and supportive 2) Responsive and easy to reach even outside business hours and time zone differences. 3) Managed to sell the house with persistence, even if the market was horrible. 4) Great at buyer management and problem solving. Negatives: Initial valuation provided turned out to be unrealistic. Market had turned bad already, we should have been given a reality check at the start 😅.
