Callum had taken the initiative and proactively invited me to have a chat with him about what I was looking for and ways how he could and would offer his support. That's where it all began, and he went so far beyond my expectations that I honestly don't know if I would have even managed to buy my first home if not for him. Throughout the whole process, from researching, viewing, negotiating, and buying, Callum has always been there to be helpful and outright extraordinary in his efforts. 1. Your honesty. A trate that will take you far in the real estate game. From the start, I could tell you were honest. It was your friendly nature and cander that built my trust and I always left our interactions feeling secure and that you had my best interest in mind. 2. Communication. The texts, emails, calls... all timely. Some to check in, some to sort extra info and a couple of to just make sure I understood the next steps. I never had unanswered questions. When you didn't know or were unsure of something that I asked, you would go away and follow up an answer for me that day. This went a long way in my books and will take you far with every client you find yourself working with down the track. 3. Punctual. Like any good agent, always on time, well dressed and ready for anything.
