As a single female selling and buying a house on their own I have a lot of fears, doubts and anxiety. What was important to me was having an agent I could trust, an agent who was willing to be honest and take the time to explain things, had a sense of humour and was gently realistic. Caleb didn't fail to deliver on any of the things I needed. He was reassuring asking if this was going slow enough (from my house going on the market to going unconditional on the property I have purchased was 17 days). He gave me time to consider things, encouraged me to seek advice and presented things in an easy to understand way. Most importantly for me though was, if he said he would do something then he did it. He also kept me informed, telling me how many people had come to the open home, how many were actually genuinely interested and suggesting simple things to improve presentation. There are things that may not seem important to other people that were really amazing for me: like letting me up the sold sticker, having a photo taken doing that, a text when I went unconditional on the property I purchased and above all a huge amount of patience.

Caleb is an excellent agent. Never once did we feel pressure or expectation to complete the sale. His honesty is unrivaled in the real estate world and his personal touch really tops it off. He is realistic and has proved he knows the market very well. Would recommend
