Fantastic Communication and Flair

We never planned to buy the house. We just took a little look and fell in love with it. There was no hard sell from Caleb, just honest communication and a plan to see if we could make it work. Caleb made it easy - he outlined options with absolutely no pressure. We then opted to sell our existing place with him, which was also a breeze. I cannot rate Caleb's pragmatic approach highly enough - an excellent communicator, a great listener, and realistic.
