From start to finish, the experience with Caleb and the team at Griffioen was outstanding. Communication was excellent across the whole team: regular updates, clear guidance at each stage, and really good seller-facing software that meant I always knew what was happening and what was coming next. It felt super organised and professional rather than reactive. On a personal level: the whole team was friendly, genuine, and a pleasure to deal with. A small but telling touch was turning up with refreshments while I was in the middle of interior painting; completely unnecessary, but hugely appreciated and very on-brand for how thoughtful and supportive Caleb was throughout the process. Caleb moved straight into action with the sale; with a few private viewings and an early offer before the property even officially hit the market! This immediately gave me confidence that the strategy was right on the mark. Marketing was strong across Trade Me and other online channels (including perfectly placed puns), generating good enquiry and healthy open home numbers. The auction process itself was handled brilliantly: well run, well promoted, and even half the neighbourhood was invited along (helped, no doubt, by Mr Whippy in attendance!). The atmosphere and competition this created absolutely contributed to a great result. All up, I would have no hesitation recommending Caleb, and his team, Jonathan and Allanah, to anyone selling in Christchurch. Professional, proactive, and genuinely great people to work with. 10 out of 5 stars!
