I paid a little bit more for the place than what I first thought I would, but I’m pretty sure it was in line with the market. If I didn’t listen to Caleb and make my offer unconditional I would not of got the place. So he definitely did help me in a way. It’s also in the sellers best interest to get the highest offer so well done on that.
