Professional and calm

We had the best selling experience with Caine. We liked his quiet measured manner. He recognised our home had some unique selling points and also that it was worth more than the RV suggested. He was quick to whip out his calculator and work out how much it would cost to build our house new in this current market and any buyer would be getting great value at the price we had told him we would like. We did a quiet listing with him, not expecting too much but we also weren't in a hurry to sell. Much to our pleasant surprise he had a buyer within a couple of weeks who felt our home was their dream home and was prepared to meet us at a price that we were happy with. The process did require them to sell their house so there was a bit of time between the offer and the sale becoming unconditional. Caine kept us well informed of what was happening during this time.
