Caine was clear and concise throughout our buying process. He gave us ample support and guidance when we needed it but was never pushy or rushed us when needing a little extra time to digest steps as we progressed. Updates were clear and given to us every few days via phone call meaning there was never a time we were in doubt of our current position throughout the transaction. Caine facilitated the conduction of a building report. We just chose a company, paid the bill and sent them Caines contact information. Caine negotiated the date and time directly and it all got completed promptly without us having to be involved as a 3rd party. Marketing was accurate and answered all our questions before even stepping into the property. A private view was offered and undertaken mid-week when it suited us, to the point that we may have been to late to submit an offer if we waited until the following open home.
