While I understand listing agents generally work for the vendor, I feel I have received top notch service from Bryce as well as a buyer. He was quick in responding to our queries and requests. After coming back to NZ after 15 years in UK, it was lovely to get a true kiwi experience with Josh and Bryce. I met Josh and Bryce at an open home early 2021. After that meeting Josh proved very attentive to my interests and advised of potential properties that would meet my expectations. Josh and Bryce definitely went above and beyond for me. I’d already moved away, but they were happy to provide access to the property for cleaning, staging etc. And to check up on things when there were problems with the painters! They had lots of ideas and suggestions for how to present the property in the best way possible, and we ended up with some brilliant photos and video. One always wonders with a real estate agent whether they will prioritise their own commission over getting you the highest price possible, but this was definitely not the case! Josh and Bryce worked just as hard to get another agent’s buyer on board (where they’d have to share commission) as for their “own” buyer. And the competition between the two at auction resulted in a sale price well beyond my expectations!

We met a few real estate agents before putting our house on the market and Josh and Bryce stood out from the pack with their enthusiasm, upfront transparency, and great ideas. They thought outside the box and came up with a great video which was a real success, and kept us up to date with weekly face-to-face catch-ups as well as phone, email, and texts.
