Great Agent

Bryce was always helpful, friendly, and efficient. Whenever we had a question he either answered it straight away or had the answer within a day. He always treated us with courtesy, and fully engaged us in the process from our first visit right through to the final handover. He happily arranged several return visits for us, and on the final inspection facilitated us meeting the vendors, something which was important for us. He is one of those agents who get that, while he is actually working for the vendor, he needs to treat possible buyers as if he is working for them as well. In our property hunting process we came across other agents who would do well to learn that this is important. We discovered an issue from the builder's report and when we made Bryce aware of it, he did a wonderful job liaising with everybody concerned and get an outcome which was great for us. There was an issue with the house which should have been disclosed to us. He did this on our first visit without any prompting from us. We are very happy in our new home, and it feels like Bryce played a pivotal role in making it happen.
