Hard yards but we got there in the end!

Bruce is extremely diligent and professional. He is very strong on providing analysis of the various marketing tools being utilised and keeping up-to-date on what is going on in the area as to competition, sales and prices achieved. We might not have agreed on the potential value of the property but got close enough to close a deal in what has been quite a sluggish market. Not a great result but above CV and definitely decent given the conditions.
