Brooke was truthful, and knowledgeable from the get-go. she was insightful and prepared us for the state of the market when we decided to sell. We knew we would be working towards a goal, and because we followed her advice regarding staging and presentation, we were able to get a quick and higher than anticipated sale. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking to sell.

My house was a hard sell at a difficult time for the market. It took several months. Throughout that time Brooke kept her cool, her faith in the house and her enthusiasm. She continued to encourage me as vendor and had new ideas to try to bring about the sale. When it finally eventuated she showed true professionalism in closing the sale. Thank you Brooke.

Amazing Brooke

"Love at first sight" is what I would call it when We saw the house, but what more amazing is Brooke not just show us the house, she also told us lots back ground store about the house about the vendor's family. It almost feel like she has been with the family for a long time and know everything about the house. And if I ask any creazy question she doesnt know she will be on the phone next second to find answer for me. Brooke is just amazing and Im so thrill to have her as my agent and friend.

When we decided it was time to sell our lake house and move on to a new project, we already knew who our real estate agent was going to be. In the past we had dealings with Brooke on two other occasions where she managed to sell two commercial properties that fell into the ‘difficult to sell’ category. In this instance other real estate agents tried and failed. Some even refused to take on the task. The lake house property was different. We had the attention of several agents trying to list the property because of its unique location and features. As a vendor of properties, you tend to circle back to the agent that stood by you with the sale of more challenging properties and not agents who just want to pick the low hanging fruit. This agent was Brooke; Always willing and able to take on a new task with enthusiasm. We all found her to be reliable, available whenever we needed her and above all honest. Brooke worked hard for us and within the short marketing period of our house being on the market, it had sold. From the excellent marketing video presentation to practical advice on preparing the house for sale and presentation to purchasers; Brooke undertook this mandate with true professionalism, and it yielded the result we not only sought but exceeded our expectations. It is therefore no coincidence or surprise, that Brooke recently scooped up two National Sales Excellence Awards in her organisation. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brooke to anybody thinking of selling or buying Real Estate and wish her well, in what will no doubt, continue to be a very bright career in the industry.

I seldom wright a testimonial to sales excellence but in this case, it warrants a serious mention. Our Asset Management business took a strategic decision to divest from certain asset classes. To this end we employed the sales channels of three top real estate brands in Rotorua to undertake the mandate of this particular asset sale.
