Complicated sale process

The sale process of our Waitawheta was very complicated and stressful for many reasons including the need to recladd. The buyers were very committed but dates kept changing and the potential to lose the property that we were keen to buy added more stress over the xmas and New Year period . Brooke was very professional in her approach and I am sure she must have had moments of frustration. As an older couple selling I think we needed more reassurance and at times guidance and this can be difficult when communicating with email and text. We were immensely relieved when the unconditional date was reached. Brooke brought a very calm approach to the process but there were times when we felt we needed more verbal communication. It is an emotional process and sometimes txts and emails don’t convey what we were experiencing but we are very thankful to Brooke that both buyers and sellers reached a successful outcome in the end.
