Brooke helped the reviewer sell this property

Quick sale, great communication

We hired Brooke because she was rated the top agent in Waihi. As an out of town vendor we needed an agent that was excellent at their job, had great communication skills, could work autonomously and keep us in the loop about progress. Brooke managed our entire marketing including arranging a photographer and working out logistics with the tenant. Very quickly arranged open homes and had a multi-offer within 10days. Picking the best paid off for us. We're stocked with the work she and Taylor did an wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
