Brooke and Anna, our agents, were very professional and extremely helpful and reassuring at all times, they were easy to contact and communicate with. We were provided with a weekly report detailing all the activity regarding our property, which showed how hard they worked to get us a good result. With the exception of one open home on a Wednesday, all open homes were well attended, which is a reflection on the professional way our property was marketed and showed they Brooke and Anna have a very good understanding of their profession and the market they are selling to. When you invest with them, they completely invest in you. We certainly found that saying "you get what you pay for" was true in our experience. Although the cheap commissions rates of some other companies seemed appealing, the service, care and professionalism in that case seemed to us to be lacking.
