Positive property sale experience from Bron.

Bron was very committed,and professional in her approach to selling our property at no 9 Redwood place. However we did take independent advice on selling the property, and changed our strategy to a fixed price. This resulted in a sale price 7% higher than previous offers. I would have to say I was disappointed and not impressed by Will Tremains pressure to accept the Deadline offer price of $880 , , and would be hesitant to use his services again. It seemed to have an undercurrent of a quick sale , to generate commission. I understand Bron was not about at that time ,and not part of the process then. I totally accept that Real estate is a cash flow business, But I felt the approach was short sighted, and pushy.
