Bronwyn was great to work with. This was the first house I have sold, so I was totally new to the process and a little nervous. From the very beginning, I felt like her comms were on-point (she was clear and responsive, and I never felt hassled). We asked Bronwyn for advice on what to prioritise when we renovated and she was very clear and decisive. Throughout the sales process, she managed everything, updated us at each stage as appropriate and provided clear advice when we needed it. It was a surprisingly stress-free process and we achieved a sales price that was within the appraisal range and met our expectations in a difficult market.
