I was recommended Bronwin as a real Estate agent from someone who had a great experience with her. I have had a lot of dealings with real Estate agents and Bronwin out worked all of them by a country mile. She didn't just sit down and wait for the phone to ring (as has been my experience) she actively reached out to potential buyers. I was just selling a section and even with this she held open homes in case someone wanted to speak to her about the land. She informed buyers about what it would take to build on the land something I wasn't told about when I purchased it just so there were no unexpected things come up last minute. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future in the Invercargill market.

The title sounds silly but Bronwin was fantastic to deal with from the purchaser's side of the sale. She was honest, understanding, helpful- basically everything you want in an agent.
