After sitting on the market for about 9 months with 2 different sets of agents, I had all but given up trying to sell, and pulled my house from the market. I then received an out of the blue message from Brodie, explaining that he had a buyer in mind for my house. I was apprehensive at first, due to being worn out from the previous 9 months of campaigning, but eventually I said yes to Brodie bringing his buyer through. The following day Brodie showed his buyer through. Compared to when it was on the market and nicely staged, the house was not presented well. Despite this, to my surprise, Brodie brought me an offer that night, much higher than I had been previously offered during my 9 months of campaign. The initial offer still did not meet my expectations, but with some negotiating we managed to reach a price that I was happy to accept.
