Brodie is an approachable, friendly agent. For the most part we have enjoyed dealing with him, However we have been underwhelmed with the lack of communication and follow up both during the sales process and since purchasing our new home through him. It shouldn’t be that the client is chasing the agent through the process to see how things are tracking. We understand that some things are beyond ones control, however when you’re selling your biggest asset a little communication goes a long way.

We had been looking for a property for a few months so we had dealt with a few agents unsuccessfully. When I contacted Brodie via trademe about a property he got back to me straight away to let me know that the property had a contract on it but could he help us find anything else. Not one other agent I had contacted had asked me that. He phoned me and went over all the properties listed with tremains, made suggestions etc and met us at properties that weren’t listed under him. In the end we found the perfect place that was listed under him and he was very helpful. Even helped us do a furniture swap which took a huge amount of pressure off us on moving day. Towards the end of 2018 my family and I had the unpleasant task of selling our mothers estate - as it worked out family friends suggested Brodie Fowler and the whole experience was a piece of cake. Brodie was totally upfront and backed all his suggestions with an unbelievable effort. All of his advice proved to be correct - I was out of the country at the time so Brodie at last minute managed to organise - new carpets - exterior clean, roof treatment and fire place removal within a week - he and his wife brought in their own furniture paintings etc to aid the feel for sale and as a result he and his team had the property sold within three days of being on the market at a price far higher than we had initially expected.
