This is the second time we have worked with Brigitte and both times she has made the experience such a positive one. Dealing in Real Estate can be daunting, but Brigitte's guidance throughout the process is invaluable. Her local knowledge around the market helped with pricing and the timely sale of the property. We were kept up to date every step of the way, with weekly emails and phone calls at crucial times. We would not hesitate in recommending Brigette if buying or selling in this region.

very helpfull, for first home buyer

Brigitte gave us great advice about what to do and not do to the property to ready it for sale, made dealing with the paperwork effortless, and really gave us the confidence to let her manage the process. She achieved the sale at the asking price from an offer presented to us before marketing had gone live, based on knowledge of existing house hunters' interest in the area. Communication about marketing and offer progress was prompt and succinct. We would highly recommend Brigitte and would happily engage her for another property transaction in the future.

If you are looking at selling your property in Roxburgh, then ring Brigitte from Harcourts. We had a buyer within 4 weeks , Brigitte gave excellent advice and guided us through the process. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Great local knowledge and connections.

Brigitte is everything you want in a real estate agent. She really took the time to understand what we wanted, was quick to action or respond, kept us updated, provided good advice and got us a really great outcome (better & fasted than than we expected!). Really can't recommend or rate Brigitte enough, we felt really looked after in her hands.

Brigitte is a wonderful agent who went above and beyond usual real estate agent duties to help me out. Would 100% recommend!! Thanks Brigitte!

We gave Brigitte the task of selling our home. She was very professional through out the process. She was prompt and thorough in communicating with us and was always available to answer questions. She is very passionate about the Teviot Valley and her knowledge about the area and Real Estate matters is commendable. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Brigitte once again was outstanding to deal with, no pressure, always available to answer questions and happy to seek more info when required. We’d thoroughly recommend using Brigitte, when buying or selling. Thanks for helping us with our dream home.

Brigitte is professional, fun and a real salt of the earth human being. She was always fast to respond to our messages & showed good knowledge of the fine print even when she didn't have it in front of her. Thanks for helping us into our dream home!

I have purchased and sold with Brigitte. Her communication is brilliant and she is often one step ahead of your next question. Her market knowledge of the local area is second to none. Brigitte is all about waiting for the "right buyer".

I've been looking for a property to buy in the Teviot Valley on and off for years. At the start of this search, Brigitte very kindly took me on a tiki tour around the valley which firmly cemented my love for the place. Brigitte provides good sound knowledge about the houses she's showing and great background knowledge about council requirements, without any hint of overselling. Highly recommended.
