Jeremy responded quickly, summarized how he saw things and left the final decision to us. When we were ready we got back in touch, agreed an approach, signed the paperwork and prepared the property. That took a bit longer than expected, but Bridget organized things well with the stagers, grounds people etc and when we were done, the place was listed on track. The planned three week campaign was optimistic in my view, but it worked a treat - I am happy to be proven wrong there! Pricing issues were discussed openly and honestly and final decisions were always ours after being well briefed. Very happy to say the sold sign went up on three weeks and we were happy with what we got. A professional team, proactive, honest, hard working and a pleasure to deal with.
