Brian is one of the most knowledgeable agents I have ever met. He knows the market well. He knows when it is the right time to buy or right time to sell. He is honest and reliable. He goes that extra mile to make sure that both the Vendor and the Buyer know the step in what to do next. You never have to guest what has to happen next. He is very trustworthy. Brian's guidance is so good and we felt lost at times, but he has always been there to tell us to relax and what will happen next. His encouraging words, where I got upset or rude at times. I am not sure how Brian could put up with me sometimes. But he never lost his professionalism and speak encouraging words.
