Brian is the go-to salesperson when it comes to selling rural and lifestyle properties, he has been involved in the rural sector one-way or another most of his life. With 34 years in the dairy industry and five years as a stock agent Brian has not only a vast network of contacts, essential local and farming knowledge but he is also an accomplished negotiator. With his friendly, authentic and approachable manner, it is no wonder he has a proven track record in selling rural properties in and around Whangarei and the Kaipara since 2001, and a valued member of the Tait Real Estate since 2019. Brian also enjoys being a part of the local community and is involved in the local car club, church and can often be found socialising in one of the many cafes or community clubs in Maungaturoto and Paparoa. With interests in country music and a keen sports fan Brian is never at a loss for something to talk about, and coupled with his great sense of humour you can be sure of an entertaining time when you catch up with him. We very good

Over the few week we had talking back and forth Brian was always able to help

Nice quick sale

We came, we saw, we bought. Brian had made up a pack with all the information including a copy of an engineer's report on the ground. He was prompt in all his dealings with us, and as the property was bare land the whole thing was done and dusted in less than a month.

Very Helpful, Patient and understanding!

Thanks Brian for all of your help, patience and understanding along the way. and for the excellent and clear communication, it made the whole process easier and less stressful.
