Brian helped the reviewer sell this property

Brian made this experence so much more stressful than it needed to be. He doesn't listen.

From the time I first engaged with Brian he appeared flustered and disorganized, constantly. He showed no respect for my privacy and security. Turning up at my home and phoning from my driveway, just to walk through my house again. Brian told stories that didn't add up, seemed like a lot of white lies. He didn't explain the fee structure and still has not, unconditionally was last thursday. Also I was brow beaten down on my price.. This is humiliating, for Lodge. This agent turned up at my house to present offer, and didn't bring the offer, I had to look on as his fluster grew to embarrassment. I explained i didn't feel respected or listened too, Brian arrogantly stated "he doesn't agree".. he has had multiple opportunity to communicate and make the situation better. He choose not to, I still have a fricken key in my yard even after discussing how uncomfortable this made me feel. Brian made no effort to make this process about me, it was all about him. I worked hard to get this house in top form. Brain made it 10 times more difficult. I am so dissapointed and look to get resolution through the REA, as having spoken to Lodge no one is taking responsibility for the bullying and railroading behavior I had to endure. I feel concerned now for my elderly neighbour who sold 10 below because of working with Brain. It feels like Brian does not give a hoot about the seller. Brian constantly said he would "do to now" and let me down over and over, no aparent consideration for my time. He pressured me, in front of other about a key for access, then with total oblivion dropped that key on the sidewalk and walked away oblivious, right on front of me. This agent is not working in the 2025 environment, his total lack of emotional intelligence makes him a liability. He just didn't listen and if he had, we would have been fine. This was a horrible experience because of your agents attitude. I'm apauled that people still behave like this in a modern world. No trust established.
