From the first Brian was professional, personable and highly competent. From the interview onwards he gave us the best advice on how to sell, quickly and effectively, how to prepare practically with all the relevant time frames eg LIM’s, inspections etc. all necessary information in order to be fully ready for sale! His process is transparent and excellent! Marketing fantastic! We chose some optional extras which were well worth it. His communication is straight forward and respectful (including to our neighbours) and he is always quick to respond. He helped us with presenting our home in its best possible light. He oversaw the whole process and did an excellent job. Brian is definitely not the “cheaper” option. He knows his stuff, willingly goes the extra mile and he achieved a dream sale. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Where do I start, Brian was the agent who we originally bought the house through and we decided he was great and chose to use him again. Not only did he go the extra extra mile with including marketing and staging of our property included as part of his fee (not as addons) but provided amazing advice on what we could do to get the best price possible.
