Brian is hard working, responsive, great communication and promptly replies to any communication. If asked a question he can't answer, he finds out from his many professional contacts. He seemed to have a good rapport with the Hamilton Council and helped us with some complex problems to gain a retrospective Code of Compliance and some other issues to effect the sale.
