I contacted Brett December 2020 asking for advice on purchasing a house in the Whangarei area fpr my daughter who had been accepted for a job in the area starting in February 2021. Brett & I had a meeting where we discussed the type of housing that she was looking for & had a discussion on which areas where the best value & safety for a single female. Brett then produced a selection of houses on the market to meet the criteria. I went through these selections with my daughter & selected 6 for a visit. Brett arranged this & we selected two to bid on. We then undertook some checks which cancelled out one house. We bid on the Wrack St property & were successful. Brett then assisted in the settlement & post auction inspections & handover of the property. I found Brett very helpful, knowledgeable & happy to help someone with no knowledge of the Whangarei area to go through a property purchase.
