We met Brett initially attending numerous open homes that he was the agent for. He always followed up to get our feedback about each property we looked at and took the time to ask questions about what we were looking for. When we finally found "the property" he was a great liaison between us and the vendors to have all our extra questions answered. When it came time to make an offer, the process was unfortunately not straightforward due to obstacles caused by our purchaser. Brett went above and beyond to try to speak to all parties in the chain to see if we could reach a common settlement date that worked for everyone. After these initial hiccups, we got across the line!!! Thanks to the Ray White team for helping us navigate this process, we would recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling.
