I just thought you might like to share with others how pleased we were with the service we received in the preparation and sale of our property. On reviewing the LIM Brent found there were a number of additions we’d made to our home, over a number of years, that didn’t have a Code of Compliance Certificate, even though Building Consents had been approved at the time of the works. Brent then offered his time and experience in addressing these matters and spent countless hours, over several months, working with us and Council Inspectors to get our CCC’s issued. Without this assistance we’d have never been able to get these matters rectified and our property sold. We can’t thank Brent enough for all the time he contributed to ensuring a successful sale.
