I have been very happy with Brent’s performance. Haven’t really got any complaints. I know it is a hard market at the moment but all ended well!

Brent had actually sold me this home 10 years earlier; at that time, when everyone was going to auction, Brent brokered our deal so that we were all happy without going through that very uncomfortable process. This year was a very different, slower, market, yet at no time did Brent seem concerned that we would not sell, or that I should feel pressured to lower my expectations. He did not pressure me to spend more on marketing than was necessary (note that the marketing costs were reimbursed after the sale) and organised the whole process. I appreciated his dealing with clients without the exposure and inconvenience of open homes, and was calm, efficient and professional all the way through. Ultimately the house sold at exactly the "average" time for 2022 so his recommendations proved to be correct.
