He negotiated on our behalf with the vendors and got us though some tricky patches. The process was made so pleasant by most of the interactions happening in person and sometimes at the property over a beer on a Friday afternoon. Even moving was made easier because Brent let us use his van. We will certainly talk to Brent first when we move next and I do not hesitate to recommend him.
