Brent kept us informed of the marketing process, and the weekly progress of the visits of interested persons to our property and was always ready to answer any questions we had. Since we were in Auckland, we had several meetings with Brent and members of the team online, which were very helpful. He also accompanied us by phone during the auction and afterwards sent and explained the documents relating to the sale which needed to be signed by our trustees.
