Very helpful in purchase process

We where the purchasers and visited the home during an open home, we made arrangements shortly after to go through again and agents were exceptionally accommodating sorting schedules together to make that happen. As part of the purchase we needed the home assessed for healthy homes and a small repair but we were not going to be available due to being out of the country. The agents organised with both companies and vendor a time suitable to facilitate this to occur which I thought was above and beyond. Comms where good, Alana was honest and forthright which I liked. We where keep up to date as the purchase went along due to a long possession. They worked for their vendor with several things coming back to us so they where trying to do right by him which at the end of the day is who they are engaged to work for but still worked well with us at our end. In their engagement through the process, communication, facilitation of all things purchase related they where great to deal with and well worth a great recommendation.
