Brendon’s down to earth nature and local market knowledge from growing up and working in Otaki over a long period of time made the decision to work with him and Tall Poppy very easy. Brendon was always incredibly responsive to emails which was reassuring as I’m based in the U.K. and unfamiliar with the house sale process having lived overseas for 20+ years. Brendon was also very sensitive to my mum’s health condition and dad’s recent death. He gave ample notice when Open Homes were taking place and if short notice visits were required when mum was at home. Brendon offered sound advice in a tricky market which was much appreciated given I wasn’t on the ground in NZ.
