Communication was clear, confidence was high, and the fancy white shoes suggested someone ready to talk the talk. He shadowed us like an over-enthusiastic tour guide, making sure we kept moving and stayed well within our three-minute window. At times the energy felt a bit like someone on a first date, slightly panicked but trying very hard to impress. To be fair, the persistence paid off. He pulled together a great sale, even managing to pull buyers away from another agency’s multi-offer situation. What a smart move! He also did his best to present the house well and distract from the lingering smoke smell, which is no easy task. All in all, high energy, strong persistence, and a deal that got across the line. And honestly… those white shoes deserve their own review. ??

Well what can I say. What a bloody legend. We were unsure if we even wanted to sell this property and had a pretty clear bottom line for Brendon - which was realistic, but one of those "on a good day" prices. Brendon committed to a double open home program for the first few weeks and arranged multiple private viewings. Feed back was at the very low end of what we wanted initially them out of nowhere BOOM, Brendon had negotiated a strong and very clean offer that we were delighted with.
