Great communication from Brendon and Kath

Brendon shared his builder knowledge to point out issues with the house. Brendon and Kath showed a good knowledge of the local area and whois buying at the moment. Although the sale price was lower than originally expected we felt it was realistic for the state of the property and the market. Brendan and Kath kept us up to date progress on the sale.
