After a less than enjoyable property transaction with another company we found Brenda. Brenda was even our Uber, we were parked up at the holiday camp and Brenda came and collected us and returned us later, all part of the service. The property we decided upon was not the one we went looking for, Brenda seemed to pluck it out as "I have another that might interest you" and although it stretched our buget we quickly realised it was the right one. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brenda for all your property transactions

Hi my experience was easy and very happy with end result

Selling your house is a very frustrating and stressful process but Harcourts made it as smooth as possible. The only quibble We have personably is after an open day in our case it was a Sunday, A quick message on paper to say how it went. It seemed like forever for the weekly letter from Brenda.

Very happy to have Brenda and her team working with me to sell they all did a lovely professional job . As this sale of my property was a first for me Brenda and her team went beyond to assist me through this sale explaining things as we move through it and they all did it with a smile. I would highly recommend Brenda and the team at Harcourts Picton they did it so very well and I appreciate everything they did to make the sale successful for me. very happy with the end result and on every chance I can will be be recommending Harcourts Picton a best option. Thank you so very Brenda and team this has been wonderful working with you all . Thank you . John Mclaughlan

Brenda was great to communicate with, very efficient and professional. Business was conducted swiftly, smoothly and without any nonsense. It all went very fast and without stress. I'm most impressed with Brenda's negotiation skills and very pleased with the outcome.

Very experienced Marketing great team Communication excellent with us Thank you

Brendas local knowledge & "finger on the pulse" of Picton and surrounding areas is definitely an asset when buying or selling. Nothing was a problem & her enthusiasm to get a good outcome for us was fantastic for us.

Brenda and Stephanie were very helpful with my property sale. The photos taken were excellent. First buyer through the door purchased. It was a very painless process despite the fact I had a rushed sale and worked hard to make it marketable. Thanks very much Brenda and staff.

Brenda was very professional and courteous. She answered all of my questions and concerns and showed me several more houses that were relevant to me that I hadn't considered!

Brenda has been able to sell three of our house properties over the years, all quickly and has been able to meet our financial expectations. Very experienced with good communications throughout. We would recommend her team to provide excellent service.

We are very pleased that we asked Brenda to market our property. Her perseverance and constant support through the whole process was brilliant. Brendas knowledge of all aspects of selling a property was incredibly helpful.

Brenda is very knowledgeable in real estate in the Marlborough sounds, provided all relevant information and area / location information that was invaluable. We have both bought and sold with her and both experiences were good. We would definately go to her again and recommend her.
