My parents bought this over 60's unit and Brenda was very good at helping them to understand what we needed to do, keeping me informed as well. My parent's offer may not have been the most attractive to a buyer since it had to be subject to the sale of their house, but Brenda went to work on that right away and both sales were confirmed within a couple of weeks - a great result for everyone concerned!

Brenda did an amazing job. We needed to do things fast, as Rachel had got a job in Australia, which only gave us a matter of weeks to get everything sorted. Brenda came to give us an estimate if our house in the market and came across very well. I knew Brenda from our High School days, but this wasn't the swaying point. She gave us realistic sales values and gave us the flexibility to allow an associate of ours try to sort finance first before we hit the market. That didn't eventuate, so she visited us again at the weekend, photos etc mid week, listed Thursday, open home Sunday, multiple offers by the Monday. Not quite the money we were after, but received the counter offer Tuesday, signed offer Tuesday night. Was an awesome job and we can't thank her enough, for her guidance and realistic manner in which she operated. Would highly recommend Brenda in a heartbeat to any of our friends and family!

Brenda got to work straight away since it was so close to Christmas. We only had one open home, were under offer in less than a week, and confirmed before Christmas! My aging parents are the vendors so I communicated with Brenda a lot, and she was very patient with my parents, visiting them often to make sure they heard and understood what was happening. As well as being a quick sale, the icing on the cake was having multiple offers which resulted in a good price as well.
