Brayden made me feel at ease. Every time I started to feel anxious re selling my Aunts house, Brayden would have answered the question, which stopped me worrying. I needed that support as this was an estate sale.
Brayden was friendly and efficient in organising the details for auction, a tricky job with three of us as vendors (estate sale). Zoom meetings were organised very last-minute and communication could have been better. However, when the auction didn't go the way we all expected, he was able to connect with each potential buyer and get some firm offers on the table, one of which resulted in a sale.
I thought I wanted to sell my unit! So who did I call but Brayden once again he had sold a previous home in the most honest professional way. But this time was a little different I was in a very emotional situation of which I was able to discuss with Brayden who said they were there to help me through I ended up not wanting to sell my beautiful home But I was at the point where I couldn't turn back He rang around to see what could be done and for that extra effort I will always be grateful I will always tell people he is the best in the business and puts the client first all the way through no matter atter what else is going on Brayden Coldicutt is probably one of the most caring professional people I will talk about long after selling my home Thanks so very much for everything.

Brayden and his team got the job done in what is a tricky market. He made time initially to visit ASAP to get the house on the market when other agents wouldn't come round for a week or two in what was a time pressure situation for us. He always made himself available and would be in contact at all times of day. The only niggle with communication was with the wider team and not finding out when open homes were until very late in the week or when I asked (only happened once or twice, certainly not every week). Brayden's price indication was significantly higher than the price we got, but this was the same with other indications too. We're grateful for his information and guidance through this process.
