Was very effective! Selling my house in just 3 days above what I was hoping to get, would recommend and would use again

I am so looking forward to spending my first summer by the beach, in the lovely property I managed to secure with the help of Bradley. He has wonderful knowledge of the local market trends, the character of Dunedin properties, the geography of the city and the lifestyle here in Dunedin. This comes across in his professional marketing methods including walk throughs of the property which, together with the dialogue, give you a very real sense of the property before viewing it. This is what attracted me to the home I ultimately purchased. Some negotiation was required and I trusted Bradley completely with this and appreciated his patience in the completion of this sale with a positive result for all.

We found Brad to be an organised and efficient agent. We had been looking for an investment property for a few months. Brad knew the type of property we were looking for and was quick to contact us when the ideal property came up. We were able to view the property at our soonest convenience, and make an informed decision within hours. Brad continued to liaise between us and the vendor, recommend insurers etc, and generally facilitated a smooth transaction. We'll certainly be contacting him again when we're looking to buy our next rental property.

I enjoyed my experience with Bradley,he was on time,easy to deal with..although not a perfect result for me,Bradley sold the house within the 4 week time frame I set for him..overall an 8 out of ten..no one is perfect

We found Bradley to be very professional in his conduct. He clearly has pride in his work and appears to enjoy the process. He explained anything we were unsure about very well. While his primary interest was the home owner, ( as he was ultimately working for him) we felt he was fair. He had very good bargaining skills and I would like him working for me if I was selling. He kindly provided a bottle of champagne when everything was settled, which was a nice gesture.

I had the need to contact Bradley several times during the purchase process. On each and every occasion he responded promptly. If he did not have answers on hand, he would get back to me it fairly quickly with a response, all without making me feel a nuisance. I was very happy in all my dealings with Bradley, felt he helped make a smooth transition.

Brad gave me great advice on how best to present my home, he never over promised but achieved a excellent sale in two weeks securing above what i was expecting, great to deal with, communication was awesome, he also helped me secure a new place, he knew what i wanted and never tried to sell me something that didn't meet my needs.

I can't remember why we chose Bradley, but I'm glad we did. He already had a sound knowledge of the market in our area, but also did the research to support his strategy to marketing. He did a stellar walk through video of our rental which highlighted its positive aspects and we got the price we wanted. He was also fun to deal with and we had no stress at all selling our investment property with Bradley.
