This was a good call as if it had been on for 6 weeks people would have questioned why it hadn't sold already and there would have been less offers to choose from. Selling a house is stressful so I needed an agent who was going to be relaxed and easy to deal with which is exactly what I got with Bradley. This is my third sale in New Zealand over the years and definitely the smoothest. Bradley is a no-fuss kind of guy and doesn't put pressure on. I trusted him every step of the way and, though I didn't get quite as much as I'd hoped for, I knew that he did everything he could to drum up a multiple offer and if it just isn't there, que sera. The important thing is he kept the buyer we did have engaged and got the deal over the line. He was calm, collected and professional and he knows his stuff. A small matter but I also like that his for-sale boards don't feature his face. It shows it's not about ego with Bradley. It's just about doing a good job all round.
