My partner Matthew and I had a lucky, yet great experience working with Branden. Our process/journey had been very fast with a quick turnover! From open home viewing, to then that night placing an offer. The next morning Braden gave honest and reliable information regarding the current situation of our future house. That day Braden showed efficient communication to the vendors and pass on any of our requests. This then lead to us, having our offer accepted that same morning.
