A Satisfying Experience

We chose L J Hooker to sell our property on the basis that they were the agents we bought it from. The agent that was assigned to our sale was Braden Chick who we had never met before, but as people who knew him had told us, he was among the best of agents. From the very first meeting it was obvious that he was certainly a person who knew the market and provided accurate advice on what we could expect. The promotion of our property was second to none with clear still photos, drone photos and a promotion video with Braden speaking about the property. All of which was very impressive. The advertising of the property extended nationally and despite the extensive advertising it became obvious that it wouldn't be a quick sale. Braden explained the reasons for this, a struggling economy, many properties for sale at the time, and winter time. Braden kept us informed with emailed reports and frequent visits on the current state of activity. Even though we ran beyond the end of the sale period with still no offers, Braden continued to promote our sale until eventually a sale was made. There is no doubt in our minds that Braden is among the best of agents with his perseverance, pleasant and helpful attitude and extensive knowledge of the market.
