Braden was approachable and was easy to communicate with , questions we had were answered promptly or otherwise addressed as soon as possible. He was familiar with issues we brought to his attention and within his means tried to resolve them as best as possible. It would have been nice if he were there to hand the keys over on settlement fay but understand he has other commitments.
